Meet The Founders
Together, Anna and David bring a unique combination of Republican Party leadership and grassroots organizing experience. From leading central committees to building statewide coalitions of grassroots activists, they’ve seen firsthand what works—and what’s missing—in California’s political battlefield.
That experience has equipped them to spearhead Golden State Revival—a focused, volunteer-powered movement designed to flip key districts and rebuild Republican infrastructure from the ground up. Now, they’re using that experience—and their statewide network—to build a PAC that gives grassroots conservatives a real stake in Republican victories across California.
Anna Cheng Kramer
Anna immigrated from Taiwan, where her family had fled Communism in China. Inspired by the freedoms America offers, she became politically active in response to California’s growing issues around safety, the economy, and individual rights.
She joined the California Republican Party (CAGOP) in 2019, serving as Vice Chair of Volunteers for the San Mateo County GOP and President of Mid-Peninsula Republican Women Federated, where she mobilized 800 grassroots volunteers across the Bay Area. Elected Chairwoman of the San Mateo Republican Party in 2021, she reorganized the county party into a more effective organization. As a CAGOP delegate, Anna has consistently pushed for reform and ran for Chair of the County Chairmen’s Association in 2022 and for Congress in 2024—efforts that gave her deep insight into what it takes to win in California.
Golden State Revival is the result of her political journey, built to challenge the status quo and restore freedom in the state.
A list of Anna’s political affiliations are as follows:
Chairwoman, San Mateo County GOP
Area Chair, South Bay Region, California Republican County Chairman's Association
Former Top Two Candidate for Congress (CD15)
Former President, Mid-Peninsula Republican Women
David Chan
At just 20, David made history in Alameda County as the youngest Republican County Chairman ever elected in the nation’s history. A seasoned grassroots organizer and UC Berkeley graduate, he went on to build conservative coalitions across California and revitalized the California College Republicans as Chairman—driving record-breaking fundraising and statewide engagement.
Besides chairing the Alameda County Republican Party, his political background includes roles with the Orange County Republican Party, the district office of Congresswoman Young Kim, and the U.S. Senate office of Senator Bill Cassidy. David has also led congressional campaigns as campaign manager, crafting strategy, messaging, and field operations.
He now works within the Turning Point USA network to advance national youth engagement under Tyler Bowyer.
